Security Control Room is looking for fully licenced, professional security officers.
You can choose to join Security Control Room full-time, part-time or on a casual basis.
You need to be available to work shift work, weekends and public holidays.

Personnel:
Operating 24 hours a day 7 days a week operators are rostered around the clock to provide rapid alarm response for alarm activations.

Details of selection process for our personnel:
All staff are personally interviewed and selected by the principals of the company.

Details of training provided to our personnel:
Security Control Room will provide comprehensive training and look for people who have have a security guard licence, have sound computer skills, and pass our selection criteria.
New staff are constantly supervised for the first three months. It takes approximately six months for a new staff member ( without prior control room experience ) to feel confident.
New alarm accessories are constantly being updated by our suppliers. Our staff are educated on the use of new products as they become available.

Award entitlements:
All our personnel are paid above the relevant award rate once the probation period has been met.
